April's Fast Company magazine and web site feature interesting articles about the current state of Corporate Initiatives aimed at improving the health corporate culture. "Measured Progress" provides new information on how companies are measuring the impact that yields a benefit for shareholder and community member.

I remember first hearing the phrase Employer of Choice seven or eight years ago and I still find this to be the exception. I do believe that the various generations that make up our workforce expect more and are increasingly willing to work in a new way to create more "people - friendly" companies.
